I am unable to select my country for shipping. What should I do?

If you are having troubles selecting your country during the order process, this means that we do not deliver to your country yet. In this case you can quit simply go to the Amazon website where you usually order from and search for our products, as our products are available on Amazon in most countries.

How do I return items?

Although we regret to have sent you a product that you can’t use, all products can be returned to us. Returns are a huge problem for our environment, as many items cannot be reused and end up as trash. Furthermore the transportation has an effect on our climate and packaging material is wasted. Please contact us before returning any items, so we can find the best possible solution for you and the environment.

I would love to sell your products as a retailer. Do you offer wholesale discounts?

What is upcycling and can you eat it?

No, you can’t eat upcycling. Not yet.
Upcycling means giving products that have served their original purpose a second chance. In this way, the bottles live on as renewed or improved objects.
